Day 2 — Your Crush
Dear Crush,
You don’t exist. I’m waiting for you to exist but half of me hopes you never will. I think when you do come along, you’ll be wonderful though. We’ll hold hands and go through that shy stage. Maybe you’ll reinvent my hopes.

Wake up.
I don’t want to wake up one day and say to myself “where has the time gone?” and have nothing to show for it.
I know the chances of me doing something great in my lifetime are slim to none, but I want to at least matter. If only to one person.

First and foremost I’d like you to know that I’d be completely lost without you. I want to say thank you for putting up with my nonsense and me in general for the years we’ve known each other. Thank you for holding my hand when I needed one, offering a shoulder when I needed one, & giving me hugs when I needed one or even when I didn’t need one....

I love pink, purple, blue, green, orange, black, silver, brown, tangerine, plum, burgundy, lilac, grey, aqua, indigo, white, gold, lime, red, almond, fuchsia, jade, ivory, lavender, navy, peridot, turquoise, mango, brick, vermillion, umber, olivine, chartreuse, emerald, periwinkle, rose, & ube.
But I especially love yellow.
